soldiers family

I don't know whats worth fighting for
I have seen it all before
the tears the young soldiers
mothers on their knee's
praying for a miracle to bring their soldier home
watching the news everyday
trying not to despair
the weeks drag on
waiting for the war to end
wondering why it's here
attending protest for it to stop
for their soldier to be released
telling the kids it's alright even if you don't believe
the lie you tell yourself it'll be over in a week, a month, maybe a year

Earth Science

Hey guys i know i haven't posted in a long time so I'm just gonna ramble.In earth science me and Lottie pay attention about oh maybe 2% of the time and forget the rest.Our teacher [who is also our swim coach] doesn't even care.But anyway it's fun until we have to work with the computers.Lottie and I seem to have technical difficulty's when it comes to using laptops.When we had to make a brochure on the computer it should've taken 1 hour but it took me and Lottie two hours.Mainly cause we like perfection but it was only a ten point assignment!! so yea i was a little annoyed.On friday we went outside and Lottie the forgetful and rushed person she was that morning forgot socks....and she had to put the boots on[ i found it kinda funny]but at least she didn't get wet pants like me!! it was terrible and the day i don't have track or gym i go outside and i don't have extra shoes.
